My name is Nate Berman, and I’m seventeen years old. I was drawn to photography because of my deep fascination with capturing the interplay of everyday life and the world around us.

My name is Violette Stevenson and I am a 17 year old New York based phographer born in Brooklyn and raised in a dual heritage, French – American household. I grew up surrounded by different cultures and enviroments.

My name is Anya Peri, and I’m 12 years old. I was born in San Francisco, California and I live with my parents, younger sister and our Golden Retriever in Westchester County, New York.

In this exhibition, I wanted to explore the process of capturing the people and places that have resonated with me the most. There’s two sides to a picture, one that must be intentionally created. One side is finding these moments in life, and the other is trying to freeze them in time.

My name is Cody Cianfrance. I am a young photographer who loves to go out into the wilderness and be with wildlife. I like to share my wildlife experiences with other people through photography. I love the thrill of seeing the animal in the viewfinder and feeling the great relief and sensation of getting the perfect shot.

Hello, my name is Sepand, I am 14 years old and I live in Brooklyn, New York. I have lived in New York for all my life and I’ve developed a great sense of direction. I am Latvian, Russian, and Iranian. I like to play sports such as Parkour and Soccer/Football. I’ve been drawing maps since I was 4 years old and my maps have kept evolving every year.

My name is Zach, I’m 13 years old. Now my art is inspired by surrealistic artists, mixing chaotic teenage emotions with a lot of shading, and little details, eventually making an overheating TV in a business suit.

I’m Ray, my pronouns are they/them. I’m a junior in high school and I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have been creating art since I can remember.

I hope that each form creates visual interest and draws a viewer in more than a “normal” portrait might.
