At The Brick, every item tells a story — that’s why we take special care in selecting what enters your home. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or call us 16314587882. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. For any additional questions regarding returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team.
Please note:
We are unable to accept returns without a receipt. Items received after 30 days or in a damaged/used condition will not be accepted. Thank you for supporting artists, small batches, and intentional living. — The Brick Team
